Reviewer: Debra Fulton Yeast two-hybrid, yeast one-hybid, and selection amplification assays suggest that ARNT1 forms a complex with other protein partners (NPAS2, CLOCK) and binds e-box motifs. These complexes transactivate reporter genes fused to e-box motif binding domains. |
