Reviewer: Shannan HoSui Mrf-2 contains the ARID (AT-rich interaction domain) binding motif. Binding to AT-rich sequences has been demonstrated by gel mobility shift assays, NMR and selection assays. Repressor activity has been shown for the cytomegalovirus enhancer. |
