Reviewer: Magdalena Swanson Arid3b is a TF gene candidate. GST-pull down experiments showed that in vitro translated human Bdp associates with GST-Rb fusion proteins. EMSA experiments showed that in vitro translated human Bdp was able to bind the MAR of the immunoglobulin heavy-chain gene. However, the specificity of binding to DNA sequences was not tested. More experiments are required for a definitive TF gene classification. |
